‍For a minimalist, forward looking set-up with just your last meeting loaded as a reference:

Allow around 60-90 minutes to:

- familiarise yourself with the software.
- load the details and documents associated with one meeting.
- load some of your foundational documents into the repository
- Back-load your action list

‍For a user friendly set-up with 6 meetings worth of past history loaded for board member’s reference:

Allow 4-6 hours to:

- Complete above and;
- Create last 6 meetings
- Load documents associated with those meetings
