With over 15 years of experience serving on diverse Boards, she brings a practical perspective grounded in real-world governance. Steven Moe
Steven Moe is a Partner at Parry Field Lawyers with a focus on businesses and organisations – helping them to succeed through practical support on topics such as structures, shareholders, raising capital, and IP. He has edited free guides for start-ups on raising capital and common start-up issues, which are available on the Parry Field Lawyers website. He has worked as a lawyer for 25 years including 11 years overseas based in Tokyo, London, and Sydney. Since 2016 he has been based back in Aotearoa. Steven hosts a podcast called ‘seeds’ focusing on for-purpose organisations and people doing inspiring things which has over 460 episodes.
Fiona McKenzie
Fiona McKenzie is a negotiation and conflict specialist.
