As the President of Hawkeye Strategies, Miranda lives out her purpose: Helping to turn light bulbs on. She works with Boards and Executives worldwide to support their governance and strategy needs and in turn, she helps their people and communities. Her vast experience as a Professional Facilitator, International Speaker, and Expert Educator for Boards, alongside her own experience as a Board Director of very complex entities enables her to deliver practical insights for directors to apply immediately after a session.

Steven Bowman is Managing Director of Conscious Governance and brings a great depth of experience facilitating Board reviews and strategic planning processes.
Steven has held numerous senior executive, CEO and Board positions in USA and Australia, as well as authoring and co-authoring over 14 books on governance, strategy, risk and executive leadership

Ben Stevens
Ben has an extensive background in risk and strategic planning and has spent over two decades working in senior roles across a variety of industries including the recorded music industry in London, the TV and broadcast industry in Eastern Europe and more recently the payments and Telco industry in New Zealand. Ben speaks several European languages and has a uniquely international perspective, having lived in Germany, the Czech Republic, London, Sweden and Finland. Ben is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School. Ben has a keen interest in futurist trends and their impact on traditional business models, and has spoken on the subject of risk, futurist trends and business model disruption for the Institute of Directors (NZ), RiskNZ, RIMs (NZ) and CAANZ.
