Understanding board fees
Context, detail and practise
The convergence of regulatory, governance and data issues can be tricky – this webinar will help you make board fee management into a positive attribute, not a risk factor!
The webinar will be helpful whether your organisation has been paying fees for years or whether you are still considering whether to pay fees.
If you are a director, you need to be aware of how to:
- Raise issues around Board fees without seeming self-serving, and while being sensitive to the culture of the organisation, especially if it is NFP.
- Make board fees a natural part of the organisation strategy, structure and culture (not an embarrassing issue that is avoided)
- Be confident about market norms and the possible approaches related to Board fees, and how to select the right mix for your organisation
- Understand stakeholder issues, perceptions and concerns regarding Board fees
