Promotion Terms & Conditions – 50% Off Committees

This promotional offer ("Offer") is made available by BoardPro and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • This Offer is available to new and existing customers of BoardPro.
  • To be eligible, the customer must have an active subscription to a BoardPro board account at the time of redemption.
  • The Offer applies only to "Committees" products.

2. Offer Details

  • Eligible customers will receive a 50% discount on the standard price of the Committees for a period of 12 months.
  • The discounted pricing will apply; 
    • Immediately for any new Committees added during the promotional period.
    • Pro-rata for upgrades added mid-cycle, calculated from the date of activation to the end of the current billing term.
    • Automatically on the next renewal invoice, provided the Committees SKU is still active.

3. Promotion Period

  • The Offer is valid for activations between 01/07/2025 and 31/07/2025.
  • After the period the Committees product will be at the standard list price, unless otherwise specified or changed in accordance with our Terms of Use.

4. Limitations

  • This Offer may not be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • No cash value or refunds will be provided for unused periods or early termination.
  • BoardPro reserves the right to verify eligibility and revoke the Offer in cases of abuse or misuse.

5. Modifications

  • BoardPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

6. Other Terms

  • This Offer is subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Any billing changes outside the scope of this promotion (e.g. changes to core subscriptions) may affect the application of this discount.
