Yes. BoardPro is designed so that board members can read packs, annotate them, vote and sign minutes without training. Most parent reps run their first BoardPro meeting at the next scheduled board meeting after sign-up – the business manager handles the configuration, board members just log in.

Yes. Signed minutes are protected from further editing once confirmed, the Decision Register provides a complete trail of board resolutions, and the Interest Register captures conflicts as they're disclosed. When the reviewer or auditor asks to see the record, it's ready – no scramble to reconstruct history from email and a shared drive.

Yes. Documents stay inside BoardPro rather than being sent as email attachments – board members log in to access them. Permissions are configurable at the board, sub-committee and folder level, and signed minutes are protected from further editing once confirmed.
