Yes. BoardPro is designed so that trustees can read packs, annotate them, vote, and sign minutes without training. Most boards are running their first BoardPro meeting within an hour of setup. Your administrator handles the configuration; trustees just log in.

No. Most of our NFP customers don't have a dedicated CoSec – board admin sits with the ED, an admin, or a volunteer trustee. BoardPro is built so one person without a governance background can run the whole meeting cycle, with the platform handling the parts (minutes formatting, decision tracking, action follow-up) that usually need someone experienced.

Yes. Signed minutes are protected from further editing once confirmed, the Decision Register provides a complete trail of board resolutions, and the Interest Register captures conflicts as they're disclosed. When the auditor, your members, or the charities regulator asks, the record is ready

Flying Minutes – also known as circular resolutions – let your board propose, vote on, and record a between-meeting decision in one place, with the result flowing straight into the Decision Register. Useful when your board meets quarterly but funding deadlines, statutory matters, or urgent decisions can't wait six weeks.

Yes. Documents stay inside BoardPro rather than being sent as email attachments – board members log in to access them. Permissions are configurable at the board, sub-committee and folder level, and signed minutes are protected from further editing once confirmed.
